Violet Flame Reiki is a powerful initiation into the energy of inner transformation. It was received in 2000 by Reiki Master Ivy Moore during deep meditation focused on the compassionate presence of Quan Yin — the embodiment of divine mercy and sacred feminine strength.

During these meditations, she experienced a vibrant violet light entering her field, accompanied by forty unique symbols. Through devotion and inner guidance, this transmission evolved into a complete healing system dedicated to Lady Quan Yin.

You can work with the energy of the Violet Flame in different ways, integrating it into your daily practice or combining it with other therapies. What truly matters is your intention — your conscious choice to activate and allow this energy to flow.

It can be used together with traditional Reiki hand positions. Simply call upon the Violet Flame three times (Reiki of the Violet Flame 3x) and begin your session as usual.

When activating it with intention, gently place your hands on your own body or on the body of the person receiving the session. From there, follow your intuition. You may use chakra positions, traditional Reiki placements, or simply work on the area where the person feels discomfort.
