Cho Ku Rei strengthens and concentrates the flow of energy. It is often experienced as activation — grounding intention into the physical field.

The First Transmission – Awakening.
This foundational level introduces the essential principles that support your entire Reiki journey. The focus is primarily on self-practice, cultivating awareness, and integrating the core teachings into your daily life. It supports personal transformation and the expansion of consciousness, with emphasis on the physical body and energetic sensitivity.
Okuden
Inner / Deeper Transmission.
Transformation At this stage, the work deepens into emotional and mental healing. Students learn to send Reiki across distance and address past experiences held within the energetic field. Sacred symbols and advanced techniques are introduced to refine and amplify the healing process.
Shinpiden & Gokukaiden
Transmission of the Mysteries – Mastery & Integration.
Reiki Level III represents spiritual maturity and energetic responsibility. You receive the Master symbol, strengthening your connection to the source of Universal Life Force energy and refining your energetic presence. This level supports spiritual integration, inner alignment, and the realization of oneself as both channel and conscious participant in the healing process.
